Responsibilities:
· To manage a busy telephone system and fax,
· To ensure prompt response to internal and external calls
· To providing control the processing of incoming and outgoing mail
· To coordinate driver’s and courier’s work
Qualification and required skills
· Work experience is not required, existence is an advantage
· Fluent English is a must skills in other European languages are an advantage
· Ability tо work all day
· Superior oral and written communication skills are a must, and proficiency in the use of personal computers is required
· We are seeking a responsible, hard working, smart person with opportunity to support all our staff.
